Never send your sign-in code to anyone, not even to us: we will never ask for it.

Signing in

I did not get my sign-in code

• Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Kola Duo.
• Make sure the address you typed is right, then ask for a new code: you can get one per minute.
• A code works for 10 minutes. If it expired, ask for a new one.

Playing together

How do I invite my partner?

Open Invite in the app and share the link, or let them scan the QR code. An invitation works once and expires after 15 minutes, so send a new one if needed. You can start on your own and invite them later.

How does the shared streak work?

A day counts when each of you has logged an expense or tapped “Nothing spent today”. A streak saver covers a missed day when you have one. Rewards follow how regularly you log, never how much anyone spends.

Can I change my name?

Yes: Settings › Account, then tap your name.

Premium

What does Premium include?

One subscription covers the whole household: extra season decor for Kola’s world, and up to 3 households for the person who subscribes. Paying never speeds up the streak or XP.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Kola Duo. Only the person who subscribed can manage it. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period to avoid the next renewal.

I changed phone and Premium is gone

Sign in with the same Kola Duo account, open Premium and tap “Restore purchases”, using the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

Refunds

Payments go through Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your account and data

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings › Account › Delete my account. Your private expenses are deleted; you choose whether your shared expenses are deleted or stay in the household. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it with Apple first.
